QUICKFACTS

Designed for use with tooling and spindles that allow high-pressure coolant through the tool. These TSC Imperial collets have true nominal inch bores, minimizing compression for maximum concentricity and minimum runout. All collets are precision ground for less than 0.0003 in. (8 microns) of indicated runout. Each collet is cryogenically treated to -190° F to increase service life. During manufacturing each collet is subjected to multiple in-process quality checks culminating with 100% radial runout and precision deviation testing according to the DIN64499BD standard.
