Thru Spindle Coolant ER20 Metric Collet Set, 11pcs, (3mm - 13mm)

Designed for use with tooling and spindles that allow high-pressure coolant through the tool. These CTS metric collets have true nominal inch bores, minimizing compression for maximum concentricity and minimum runout. All collets are precision ground for less than 0.0003in (8 microns) of indicated runout. Each collet is cryogenically treated to -190° F to increase service life. During manufacturing each collet is subjected to multiple in-process quality checks culminating with 100% radial runout and precision deviation testing according to the DIN64499BD standard.

• Made from high-quality 65Mn spring steel, fully hardened (HRC44-48) and cryogenically treated

• These collets have a 0.007in (0.2mm) range of collapse while maintaining full accuracy
